I sure miss my good friend, spent many hours in that little house listening to Jim play and sing late in the night!

RIP BUDDY

Jim was a weave of unique fabric, I met him @ Homes Serum Co. in 1978, Me and brother Dan worked there. Jim was blessed abilities to communicate with those around him on all level some less educated, others packing PHD's. He was comfortable with all. In conversation, he would listen, rather than wait to talk. JIm said we were born with 2 ears and one mouth for a good reason. He and Jay were a team they had many extravaganzas I recall the scavenger hunt wacky stuff ran through Breckenridge ( FAT SAM - ALAMO) to PAULA's , to the Sandbar and beyond. Many fine memories get off work go to jims place ( OLD DOC JONES) & listen to Jim just shred that old TELECASTER, or stoke that MARTIN, ( as if NEIL YOUNG was among us). Such a great talent. Following yet another call to become a wizard on ammonia compressor technology he went everywhere. JIm was old soul he had been here before. He loved ANIKA and spoke of often I wish I had met her she seemed as cool as my friend, Jim. I imagine her to be like JONI MITCHELL her image reminded me of JONI. Jim was spoke with pride of Anika's achievements first in Hollywood P.R. than onto higher academia YOGA & Acupuncture. Of jims family he also was proud , His rocket scientist ( with big ears) DAD , sweet loving mother , and brothers who also achieved positions and status he was most proud to share with us. JIm was all of us, if you came away from him without fresh perspectives, you were one of the unreachable anyway. I walked out this morning ( 01-19-19) and found out my friend has been long gone. As all of us came from water so shall we return , as a young bubbling spring traveling though down lifes mountain, though many passages, sliding easily past smooth places, rolling, swirling, through tougher turbulent places, at time s thinking the water fall would never end, moving forward, a river flowing, the journey to an estuary where all waters codify. Clear, crystal, serene, sanctified, beautiful. I shuffle on under dark clouds with a heavy heart for I miss friend very much, but then I recalled someone passed this along to me and it gave me great comfort. When tears come, let them fall they will help wash away the sorrow, though you may feel you their hand lift from your shoulder be not burdened, rather step forward into warm sunlight gaze into the heavens knowing they have slipped the mortal bounds of earth to touch the face of the creator, though their voice will no longer ring here in our choir it shall be raised up higher still in the HALL of KINGS . God bless Jim and his family . With all my sympathy I wish you peace . Sincerely Kenni Cool

I want to offer my deepest sympathy to Jims' family. May you find comfort and peace in bible promises when "pain and death will be no more" Revelation 21:3-4. Again my condolences.
