William "Ed" Herr

William “Ed” Herr, 74 of Chatham passed away Saturday, Oct. 9, 2021 at his home.

He was born Aug. 28, 1947 in Springfield, the son of Charles and Marjorie Richards Herr.

He married Vicki Day on April 17, 1971 in Chatham.

Ed was a life member of the Springfield Elks Lodge #158.

Surviving are his wife Vicki; two sons, Zachary (Crystal) Herr and Joshua (Elisha) Herr; four grandchildren, Simon, Abbie, Riley and Sofia; two brothers, Chuck (Kay) Herr and Gary (Carol) Herr; one sister, Susan (John) Winger; several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, Oct. 15, 2021 at 2pm at Cumberland Sugar Creek Cemetery, Glenarm with Rev. Paul Dinges officiating.
