William "Bill" Mainwaring Obituary

William “Bill” Mainwaring, 66 of Thayer passed away Sunday, Feb. 6, 2022 at his home.

He was born Jan. 20, 1956 in Springfield, the son of Jack and Marguerite Seppi Mainwaring.

Bill was a very active member of the Virden Knights of Columbus #2321.

Surviving are his sister, Jackie (Rich) O’Brien; one niece, Melissa O’Brien and one nephew, Kevin O’Brien; several cousins.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, February 19 at 1 pm at Virden Knights of Columbus.

Memorials may be made to the Virden Knights of Columbus #2321, 1320 N. Dye St., Virden, IL 62690.
