Thomas "Tom" Brummett

Thomas “Tom” Brummett, 77 of Pawnee passed away Thursday, June 13, 2024 at Springfield Memorial Hospital.

He was born January 24, 1947 in Springfield, the son of Dale and Opal Waller Brummett.  He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Jim, Kenneth David, and Paul; two sisters, Dottie Foster and Patty Howard.

Tom enjoyed fishing, westerns, his dog, Chico and sharing a good story with friends.  He loved Tennessee.

Surviving are his caretaker, Melissa Davidson; two brothers, Jack (Brenda) and Carl Ray; two sisters, Linda (James) Smith and Jeannie (Charlie) Butler; several nieces and nephews.

Cremation rites were accorded.

Per Tom’s request there will be no services at this time.  A Celebration of Life will be at a later date.
