Stanley J. Yasinski, 96 of Auburn passed away Friday, Dec. 18, 2020 at St. John’s Hospital.
He was born on July 7, 1924 in Auburn. His favorite comment was, he was born 7th day of the 7th month and was the 7th son to Joseph and Vincenta Vasalauskas Yasinski.
Stan served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He retired from Fiat Allis.
He loved to dance and was a very sharp dressed man. Stan loved a really good ribeye steak. He enjoyed traveling with his companion Rita McGaha until her death. His last few years at Eastland Retirement Community in Auburn were some of the best days of his life.
Surviving are his daughter, Amy (Kevin) German; several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held at 11am, Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2020 at Virden Cemetery.
