Ronald “AJ” L. Perce

Ronald L. “AJ” Perce, 79 of Chatham passed away Thursday, April 3, 2025 at Springfield Memorial.

He was born June 22, 1945; the son of Leo and Carolyn Tobias Perce.

He married Mary T. Capranica on September 9, 1999.

Ronnie was a jack of all trades and owned and operated AJ’s Bar in Chatham for 37 years.

He was known for mentoring so many people that came to him for advice, direction and friendship.

Surviving are his wife, Mary T.; two sons, Jarrod (Anjanette) Perce and Adam (Cari) Perce; one daughter, Jessica (Vincent) Van Ree; four grandchildren, Coleton (Nicole), Braylen, Kanden Perce and Alayna; three great-grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date at AJ’s Bar in Chatham.
