Robert "Bob" E. Miller

Robert “Bob” E. Miller, 68 of Auburn passed away Wednesday, Aug. 18, 2021 at his home.

He was born March 2, 1953 in Chula Vista, CA, the son of William and Mary Talkington Miller.  He preceded in death by his parents and one brother, David Miller.

Bob married Paulette Buch on Sept. 3, 1993.

Bob served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War.  He loved to fish and spending time with his family.

Surviving are his wife, Paulette; four children, Jason Buch of Farmersville, Alycia (Mike) Gillock of Nokomis, Andrea Buch (Erich Lichtenberger) of Rochester, and Bill (Margi) Peters of Jacksonville; grandchildren, Drake, Andrew, Ian, Layken, Bryce and Adalyn; sister, Beverly Lucas; brother, Bill Miller; several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 5pm till 7pm, Tuesday, Aug. 24, 2021 at Bramley Funeral Home, Auburn.  Services will be Wednesday at 10:45am the funeral home with Pastor Marty Nagel officiating.  Burial will be at Camp Butler National Cemetery with military honors conducted by the Inter Veterans of Sangamon County.

Memorials may be made to the Auburn Rescue Squad or the Ryken Bailey Foundation.
