Obaidah Karen (Walsh) Gresham, 62, of Auburn, passed away May 4, 2020.
She was born Sept. 20, 1957 in Springfield, the daughter of James and Dolores Rock Walsh. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her oldest daughter, Molly Sue Walsh.
Karen was a master weaver and an in home care provider to the elderly. She had a talent for making hand woven dolls; sharing hundreds over her lifetime.
Surviving are her husband, Jerry; her sons, Omar Kazali, Zaid (Nicole) Kazali, Abdullah (Eman) Kazali, Belal (Rama) Kazali; her daughters, Hajer (Wael) Kazali, Eman (Ala) Kazali, Arabiah (Wesam) Kazali, Mohmina (Mustafa) Kazali, Ameena (Fadi) Kazali, Khadeja (Khaled) Kazali and Asma (Ahmed) Kazali; 35 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; siblings, Michele, Connie, Steve, Cathy, Paula, Thad, Patrick, Sheila, Chris and Candy; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Private family graveside services will be held at Sulphur Springs Cemetery, Loami. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
Peace will be upon her soul with each contribution made to Auburn Food Bank, PO Box 168, Auburn, IL 62615.
