Michael "Mikey" Gibson Obituary

Michael “Mikey” Gibson, 69, of Divernon passed away Saturday, May 23, 2020 at his home.

He was born June 13, 1950 in Springfield, the son of Robert William and Mary Catherine Motley Gibson. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, William “Bill” Gibson.

Surviving are his significant other, Kathy Kern; one daughter, Susie Corp; grandchildren and great-grandchildren; two sisters, Anna Holder and Patricia Gibson; several nieces and nephews.

Kathy would like to thank HSHS Hospice nurses and all their friends for their loving care and support.

Cremation rites were accorded.

As per Mickey’s wishes there will be no services at this time.
