Kenneth W. Rhodes

Kenneth W. Rhodes, Sr. 86 passed away Saturday, January 25, 2025 at St. John’s Hospital.

He was born September 7, 1938 in Divernon, the son of William and Janet Cuthbert Rhodes.

Kenneth married Carol Gillmore in 1986 and she preceded him in death on September 3, 2004.  Also, preceded in death by, one daughter, Elizabeth Wonner; three sisters, Agnes Estill, Helen Armstrong, and Ava Jean Antle; six brothers, John, Russell, Bob, “Sonny”, Allen and Ronald.

Kenny served in the U.S. Air Force during Vietnam, and he retired from the Air Force.  He later worked at the post office and retired from there.

Surviving are two sons, Kenneth Rhodes, Jr and Russell Rhodes; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; his first wife, Catherine Rhodes; two sisters, Betty Jo Karhliker and Wilma “Billie” Bottons.

Visitation will be from 10:30am till time of services at 11:30am, Friday, January 31, 2025 at Bramley Funeral Home, 150 Reichert Rd, Divernon.  Burial will following at Brush Creek Cemetery, Divernon.
