Jarrod Davis Perce

Jarrod Davis Perce, 56 of Chatham passed away Wednesday, September 10, 2025 at Springfield Memorial Hospital.

He was born June 28, 1969 in Normal, IL; the son of Ronald (Mary) Perce and Marilyn (Harry McMurl) Sommers.  He was preceded in death by his father; maternal grandparents, William and Julie Sommers; paternal grandparents, Leo and Carolyn Tobias; grandson, Bryson Myles and uncle, Jimmy Sommers.

Jarrod married Anjanette Walk on April 6, 2007.

Jarrod enjoyed riding his 2004 Springer.  He loved anything with motors and anything with four legs and a tail.

Surviving are his wife, Anjanette Walk-Perce; seven children, Coleton (Nicole) Davis, Timothy (Heaven) Hill, Cody (Marlee McCormick) Hill, Cade (Ashley) Walk, Jared (Brie) Walk, Samantha (Billy Muchow) Walk and Kyle Jacka; 15 grandchildren, Karsyn Davis Perce, Noah Jaxon Taylor,  Norah, Allison, William, Jonathan, Natalya, Dakota, Brynlee, Ryan, Beckett, Lillii, Revvin and Carmyn; one brother, Adam (Cari) Perce; two nephews, Braylen and Kanden Perce.

Celebration of Life will be held from 12 noon till 4:00pm, Saturday, September 27, 2025 at AJ’s Corner, 101 E Mulberry St, Chatham, IL.
