Jacalyn O’Brien

Jacalyn O’Brien, 73 of Thayer passed away Sunday, December 15, 2024 at her home.

She was born July 29, 1951 in Springfield, the daughter of Jack and Marguerite Seppi Mainwaring.  She was preceded in death by her parents, and one brother, Bill Mainwaring.

She married Richard O’Brien on July 10, 1976 in Virden.

Surviving are her husband, Richard; one son, Kevin O’Brien and one daughter, Melissa O’Brien; several cousins.

Visitation will be from 9:30am till time of funeral mass at 11am, Thursday, December 19, 2024 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Virden with Father James Palakudy officiating. Burial will follow in Brush Creek Cemetery, Divernon.
