Haley Decker, 18 of Springfield, formerly of Galesburg passed away March 26, 2020 in Pulaski County.
She was born June 18, 2001 in Galesburg, the daughter of Sam Decker and Tami Strom.
Surviving are her dad, Sam; mom, Tami; one son, Parker; four sisters, Kara, Kenzey, Kelsey and Addison; paternal grandparents, Sam and Sharon Decker; maternal grandfather, Scott Strom; several aunts, uncles and cousin.
Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
