Gregory "Greg" Ramey

Gregory “Greg” Ramey, 68 of Divernon passed away Wednesday, February 5, 2025 at Springfield Memorial Hospital.

He was born September 1, 1956 in Peoria, the son of Donald and Alice Strickfaden Ramey. His parents preceded him in death.

Greg married Karen Beaty Boyer on May 18, 1996. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed spending time officiating college and club volleyball games.

Surviving are his wife, Karen; three step children, Stacey (Eric) Haworth, Travis Boyer, and Kendra (Andrew Klootwyk) Boyer; three step grandchildren, Sam and Drew Haworth and Adley Klootwyk; two sisters, Sharon Goebel and Becky (Dave) Turbett; several nieces and nephews.

Cremation rites were accorded.

A Celebration of Life will be from 2pm till 4pm, Saturday, March 22, 2025 at Bramley Reception Center, 150 Reichert Rd, Divernon.

Memorials may be made to Divernon Fire Department.
