Dortha Sharon Mangold

Dortha Sharon Mangold, 79 of Jacksonville, formerly of Divernon, passed away Friday, January 23, 2026 at her home.

She was born September 10, 1946 in Springfield the daughter of James and Dortha Highly Dozier.

Sharon married Ronald Mangold on December 21, 1974 and he preceded her in death on April 6, 2020. Also preceded by two granddaughters, Shelby and Virginia; three siblings, Norma Rakes, Walt Dozier and Jim Dozier.

Surviving are five children, Christine Mangold, Roni Mohan, Matthew Mangold, Glenda Mangold and Jacob (Laura) Mangold; nine grandchildren, Connor (Holly), Mackenna (Dillion), Olivia (Hunter), Mayleigh, Everly, Matthew (Brooklyn), Paige, Isabella and Memphis; 10 great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Graveside services will be held in September.
