Dorothy C. Isaacs

Dorothy C. Isaacs, 84 of Divernon passed away Saturday, June 27, 2020 at Memorial Medical Center.

She was born Dec. 18, 1935 in Crump, MO, the daughter of Johnnie and Minnie Gartung Cook.

She married Billy Molohon on August 5, 1954 and they later divorced.  She then married James Isaacs on Oct. 31, 1964 and he preceded her in death on March 8, 1998.  Also preceded in death by a daughter, Linda Marie; granddaughter, Breanna Watkins and step-son, Frank Isaacs.

Dorothy was the pastor of New Hope Methodist Church for over 20 years.

Surviving are four daughters, Renee (Jerry) Kilduski, Brenda Watkins, Teresa (Tom) VonBerg and Christina (companion, Stephan) Caudle; two sons, Mark (Jane) Molohon and Darrell Lee (Marilyn) Isaacs; 19 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Barbara Ann (Daniel) Phillips and Jeanette (Paul) Huebner; several nieces and nephews.

Private family services will be held on Wednesday, July 1, 2020 at Bramley Funeral Home, Divernon.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Divernon Fire Department.
