Donna Mae Williams left her earthly home on December 13, 2025.
She was born on January 8, 1935 to Alfred and Agnes (Lard) Miller.
She married Robert D Williams on June 18, 1954 and he preceded her in death. Also, preceded in death by her parents; three siblings; three sons, Robert, Gary, and Ronald; daughter-in-law, Kim; son-in-law, Jerry and three grandchildren.
She worked for Clara’s catering for many years. They had the contract to feed the Illinois State Police, first at the fairgrounds and later at State Police headquarters near Lake Springfield. She also worked for Lincoln Land Oil. She and Bob loved camping and traveled with their 6 children to all 48 contiguous states. They belonged to camping clubs and she spent almost 20 years in the Rio Grande Valley after retirement where she was known for her excellent poker playing skills and her golf carts rides with her dog, Abby.
She is survived by two sons, Steven (Chris) and Dennis Williams; daughter Karen Newquist; daughter-in-law Kathy; 8 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandsons, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 10am till time of services at 11am, Friday, December 19, 2025 at Trinity Lutheran Church, Auburn with Rev. Martin Kaufmann officiating. Burial will be in Stout Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church, Auburn.
