Dean Silveus

Dean Silveus, 60 of Auburn passed away Friday, January 2, 2026, at his home.

He was born July 12, 1965, in Auburn, the son of Charles A. and Donna L. Fraizer Silveus. He was preceded in death by his father; one sister, Lori and one stepbrother, Terry James.

Dean was an avid collector of coins, baseball cards, and swords. He had a big heart, big laugh, and fiercely loyal to family and friends.

Surviving are his mother and father, Donna and Loyd James; one stepsister Connie (John) Sloman and one brother, Chuck (Kathy) Silveus; three nieces, Meghan Holbrook, Lindsey (Brandon) Gibbs, and Ashley (Jack) Sloman; two nephews, Zac (Ashley) Silveus and Jared Sloman.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 12pm till 3pm, Sunday, February 1, 2026 at Benderz, 400 W. Jefferson St, Auburn.
