David L. Patton

David L. Patton, 55, of Springfield passed away Monday, May 11, 2020 at his home.

He was born September 5, 1964 in Springfield, the son of Donald and Melba Meier Patton.  He was preceded in death by his father and one brother, James.

Dave was a truck driver for over 30 years.  He enjoyed working in his yard with flowers, plants, riding his Harley motorcycle and all things outside.

Surviving are his significant other, Pat McClelland; her two kids, Chelsey (Jonathan) and J.C. (Megan); his mother, Melba; one sister, Sandra (Ralph) Carbonell; one brother, Scott Patton; several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

Private family graveside services will be held.  A public gathering of friends and family will be held at a later date.
