Chase Claycomb-Disbrow Obituary

Chase Lee Claycomb-Disbrow 18, of Divernon passed away Sunday, March 20, 2022 at St. John’s Hospital.

He was born April 7, 2003 in Springfield, the son of Serena Disbrow and Mark Claycomb.

Surviving are his mother, Serena Disbrow; father, Mark Claycomb; grandma, Iva Wimberly; several aunts, uncles and cousins.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, April 9, 2022 from 1pm till 5pm at the Crowne Plaza Convention Center, 3000 S Dirksen Pkwy, Springfield, IL.
