Carolyn "Sue" Leahy

Carolyn “Sue” Leahy, 78, of Auburn passed on to her new home in heaven, Saturday, Feb. 27, 2021.

She was born on Jan. 9, 1943, the daughter of Jerome and Callie Baggott Webb.

She married her high school sweetheart, Larry Leahy, on June 30, 1962.  Together they raised three daughters and a son.  She is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Cathy Hesselgesser; and her beloved grandson, Joshua Eaton.

Sue graduated from Auburn High School in 1961. 

Surviving are her husband, Larry; children, Angie (Joe) Trujillo, Kim (Basil) Reed, Traci (Scott) Beck and Matt (Toni) Leahy; 8 beloved grandchildren; sister, Cindy Goldstein; several nieces and nephews; and her loving dog, Mac. 

CDC protocol shall be followed with face masks required and 50 people in the building at a time.

Visitation will be from 5pm till 7pm, Thursday, March 4, 2021, at Bramley Funeral Home, Auburn.  Funeral Mass will be at 10am Friday at St. Benedict’s Church, Auburn.  Burial will be in St. Bernard Cemetery, Glenarm.

Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association or St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
