Beth Ann Fuiten

Beth Ann Fuiten, 55 of Springfield died peacefully Sunday, February 7, 2021 at Memorial Medical Center surrounded by her family. 

She was born June 16, 1965 to Albert “Bud” and Carol Sue (Allen) Fuiten McNaught. 

Beth was preceded in death by her Father, her brother Bruce, nephew Hunter Grigsby and niece Kaylee Grigsby.

Beth Ann graduated from Virden High School in 1983.  She retired from the State of Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services in 2017 after 35 years of service. 

Beth Ann was close with her family and was always willing to help if possible.  She loved her dog, Sug a boo. Beth Ann loved Neil Diamond music. She had one fabulous crazy fun day at the beach in Hawaii.  Aptly, Beth Ann’s last day with us was Super Bowl Sunday, the biggest celebration day of the year.

She is survived by her Mother; sister and best friend, Jennifer (Dan) Grigsby; a sister-in-law, Lori Fuiten; two nieces, Elizabeth Grigsby and Sarah Fuiten; as well as a nephew, Blake Fuiten.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date in Florida.
