Angelina Jones

Angelina Jones, 44 of Springfield passed away Wednesday, Nov. 23, 2022 at Springfield Memorial Hospital.

She was born Nov. 7, 1978 in Peoria, IL, the daughter of Jimmy and Irene Lindquist.  She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Jonny Lindquist.

Angelina married Matthew Jones on June 15, 2019.

Angelina worked at Dickey-john in Auburn.  She was a volunteer firefighter for Limestone Fire Department.  She loved racing dirt track cars, playing darts, spending time with her family.

Surviving are her husband, Matthew Jones; two sons, James Lindquist and Tristian Lindquist; two brothers, James Lindquist and Joe Roos; two sisters, Jane Gregory and Julie Gourley; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Cremation rites will be accorded.

A Celebration of Life will be Saturday, January 7, 2023, at Hilltop Bar and Grill, 100 Village Ct., Creve Coeur, IL 61610 starting at 12:00 Noon.
