Alice M. Madiar

Alice M. Madiar, 95 of Virden passed away at home, Thursday, June 6, 2024.

She was born on January 4, 1929 in Carlinville, IL to Caroline and Shirley Jackson.

She married George Madiar on February 7, 1963 and he preceded her in death on March 13, 2015.

Alice is survived by her one son, Bill Federle of Elsiah, IL; two daughters, Debbie Zaverl of Whitewater, WI, and Marianne Kasprzyk of Virden, IL; 6 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Alice cherished her family and enjoyed spending time with friends, playing cards, and gaming.

Private family services will be held and burial will follow at Virden Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Prairieland Ambulance Service.
