Sue Ann Long

Sue Ann Long, 86 of Chatham, formerly of Girard, passed into glory Tuesday, Feb. 6, 2018 at Heritage Health. 

She was born Nov. 20, 1931 in Terre Haute, IN, the daughter of John and Wanita Wey Chadwick.

She married Louis Long on July 21, 1949 and he preceded her in death on Dec. 24, 2009.  Also preceded in death by two daughters, Debi and Penny and one son, Louie.

Sue Ann was a member of New Life Family Church, Auburn where she was known as Grandma Sue.

Her spirit is carried on by her daughter, Nikki (David) Vetterhoffer; one son, Kurt (Kim) Long; two granddaughters, Tenika Beard and Sarah Long; one grandson, Bracken Beard; one great-granddaughter, Mona Claire; three sisters, Bonnie (Bill) Alumbaugh, Donna Childs and June (Jack) Matthews; one brother, Joe(Midge) Matthews; several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. till time of services at 11 a.m., Saturday, Feb. 10, 2018 at New Life Family Church, Auburn. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery, Springfield.

Memorials may be made to the New Life Family Church.
