Donald L. Skinner

Donald L. Skinner, age 80 of Pawnee died Friday, September 15, 2017 at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield.

He was born May 19, 1937 in Jersey county, Illinois to Leonard and Ruby (Isringhausen) Skinner. He married Lynda Skinner in 1961, they later divorced.  He was preceded in death by his father, brother William, sister Ruth Ann Armsby, and granddaughter Jana Skinner.

He is survived by his children, Kimberly (Rod) Bourne and David (Sonja) Skinner of Pawnee; grandchildren, Avery, Mason and Reese Bourne, Justin, Logan and Mia Skinner; mother, Ruby Skinner of Jerseyville; brother, Ron (Elke) Skinner of Dunlap; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be Thursday, September 21, 5 pm - 7:30 pm with Masonic rites at 7:30 pm at Bramley Funeral Home in Auburn, IL. Funeral services will be held at the Fieldon United Church of Christ, Fieldon IL at 10:30 am on Friday, September 22 with visitation for an hour preceding the service. Burial will be in Fieldon Cemetery.
