Billy E. Daily

Billy E. Daily, 74, of Pawnee passed away Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at Memorial Medical Center.

He was born July 7, 1943 in Du Quoin, the son of Charles and Esther Pitchford Daily and step-dad, Ross Anderson.  He was preceded in death by a step-grandson, Cody Sutheard, and one brother, Bob Daily.

Billy married Norma Miller on April 4, 1964 in Auburn.

He worked at Commonwealth Edison for 26 years until his retirement.  After his retirement he drove for Capital Tours for over 10 years.  Billy was a fan of NASCAR, trap shooting and loved to hunt and fish.

Surviving are his wife, Norma; one son, Dale (Debbie) Daily of Pawnee; one daughter, Patricia (Joe) Sutheard of Waverly; 4 grandchildren, Rebekkah, Alex, Andrew and Adriana; one brother, Clayton Daily of Diamond Bar, CA; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be Monday, August 21, 2017 from 1 pm until time of services at 3 pm at Bramley Funeral Home, Auburn with Aaron Griffith officiating. Burial will follow at Horse Creek Cemetery, Pawnee.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Pawnee Volunteer Fire Department.
