Timothy Scott Gall

Timothy Scott Gall, age 57 of Pawnee, IL passed away, Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at his residence.

Tim was born January 10, 1960 in Peru, IL, the son of Ronald O. and Nancee (Potocnik) Gall.  He graduated from Pawnee High School with the class of 1979.  Three years after graduation Tim joined the Navy and served our country for 7 years.  He was proud that he spent 4 years and toured the world aboard the USS Enterprise. 

Tim attended school in New Hampshire for small engine repair.  He later moved to Illinois and began his career with Martin Equipment in the parts and repair department and later was promoted to sales.  Tim’s last employer was the Secretary of State, where he worked as a record keeper in the archives department.

Tim is preceded in death by his father.

Visitation will be from 9:45 a.m. until time of funeral mass at 10:45 a.m. Friday, Jan. 26, 2018 at St. Benedict's Church, Auburn. Burial will follow at Camp Butler National Cemetery with Sangamon County Inter-Veterans conducting military honors.  

Tim is survived by his daughter, Mallory Gall of Pawnee;  mother, Nancee Gall of Pawnee; granddaughter, Elisa Gall at home; brother, David Gall of Florissant, MO; sisters, Rebecca and Renee Gall of St. Louis, MO; and a niece and nephew.
