Susan E. Smoker

Susan E. Smoker, 95, of Auburn passed away Wed., Aug. 2, 2017 at St. John’s Hospital.

She was born June 25, 1922 in Mt. Vernon, KY, the daughter of Willie and Nettie Mink Southard.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Steven Smoker.

She owned and operated her own beauty shop for 60 years.

Surviving are two daughters, Fran (Sam) Rikas Auburn and Jenny Klein of Connecticut; 3 grandchildren,  Dave (Judy) Rikas, Mike (Molly) Rikas, Carrie Perkins; 6 great-children and 4 great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 10 am till time of memorial services at 11 am, Saturday, Aug. 5, 2017 at Bramley Funeral Home, Auburn with Ken Allen officiating.
