Nancy E. (Tilley) Beebe

Nancy E. Beebe, 66 of Athens passed away Friday, March 2, 2018 at Memorial Medical Center.

She was born April 12, 1951 in Springfield,  the daughter of Conrad and Eleanor Farnam Tilley.  She was preceded in death by her parents.

She married Dannie Beebe in Springfield, IL at First United Methodist Church.

Nancy was a teacher retiring from District 186 in 2014.  She enjoyed spending time with her dogs, horses and family in her spare time.  After retiring she fulfilled her passion for baking by starting her own cookie business.  Her greatest joy was her grandchildren.  She loved to help friends and family with anything they needed. 

Surviving are her husband, Dannie; one son, Steve (Lisa) Beebe of Springfield; three grandchildren, Stephanie, Nikki and Garrett; one sister, Alyce (Don) Foster of Springfield; several cousins.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. till 7 p.m., Tuesday, March 6, 2018 at Bramley Funeral Home, Auburn.  Services will be at 11 a.m., Wednesday at the funeral home with Rev. Dr. Kent Lolling officiating. Burial will be in Horse Creek Cemetery, Pawnee.
