Lorene Wright, 89, of Springfield, passed away Saturday, February 2, 2013 at the Bickford House in Springfield.
She was born May 21, 1923 in Broadway, VA the daughter of Frank and Dossie Wiseheart Martin. She married Lloyd L. Wright on February 2, 1942 and he preceded her in death on February 10, 2011. She was also preceded by one daughter, Salle Ann Wright, in March 1971.
Lorene was employed at St. John’s Hospital retiring in 1985. She was a member of the Brethren Church in Girard.
Surviving are one son, Dan (Beverly) Wright of Trenton; two daughters, Elaine Sosman and Rebecca (Ron) Helton both of Chatham; three grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
Cremation rites were accorded.
Private memorial services will be held at the Bickford House.
