We're so sorry for your loss. I have wonderful memories of Jim from when we were kids. He was so excited when Eric and I moved into the neighborhood. We had great times playing and growing up together on East Lake Drive. Our prayers are with you and your family.

To the Brunson family and Jim: I am so very sorry. I still can't believe he is gone. Jim and I dated before he left Decatur, Illinois to move to Chatham. Jim was loving, sweet, caring, friendly, never met a stranger, good friend, and just an all around great person. I remember spending time at his parent's house at Christmas and playing a game where we all had to buy a gag gift under $5.00. We all sat around the table and played this exchange gift game that was so much fun. We had a great, fun time. Jim has the BEST family I've ever met. I always wanted to be a part of it. I thank God he met his Fiance and was able to raise children, which was very important to him. My heart breaks for the whole Brunson family. You are in my thoughts and prayers. God took a wonderful man and I wish I knew why! I am thankful that you are with your fabulous Dad! Gone too soon Jim Brunson! Rest in Peace my friend. I will never forget you or your family. Thank you Jim for being a part of my life.
With love,
Angela Lake
