Ignatius Fricano

Ignatius Fricano, 99, of Divernon passed away Friday, Jan. 19, 2018 at Auburn Nursing and Rehab.

He was born Nov. 10, 1918 in Chicago, the son of Peter and Geneviene Abbinati Fricano.

He married Josephine Bottino on July 26, 1941 and she preceded him in death on March 10, 2012.

Ignatius was a giver and not a taker.

Surviving are two sons, Robert (Pamela) Fricano of Oak Lawn and Richard Fricano of Des Plaines; one daughter, Josephine “Jean” (late, George) Piazza of Divernon; 10 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 12 noon till time of services at 1:30pm, Monday, Jan. 22, 2018 at Bramley Funeral Home, Divernon with Rev. Kevin Laughery officiating.  Burial will be in Brush Creek Cemetery, Divernon.

Memorials may be made to the Auburn Nursing and Rehab Center.
