Alan R. Bell

Alan R. Bell, 70, of Divernon passed away Friday, Oct. 7, 2016 at Memorial Medical Center.

He was born July 5, 1946 in Lincoln, IL the son of Robert and Ruth Werth Bell.

He married Margaret Bumpus on June 7, 1980.

Alan served as a Library Board Trustee in Divernon and was a Lifetime member of the Divernon Masonic Lodge.

Surviving are his wife, Margaret; two sons, Daniel and Michael Bell; one granddaughter, Elliette Bell; and one sister, Susan Bell.

Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 11, 2016 at Bramley Funeral Home in Divernon with Masonic Services at 7 p.m. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with Rev. Charles Kurfman officiating. Burial will be in Brush Creek Cemetery, Divernon.
